Today was a "pampering day".
I did my abs exercises and then I jumped in the shower to do the usual washing and scrubbing.
But I also had two new products to try out. :)
The first one was the new Schick Quattro razor. I have to say I've always been a Schick kind of girl, but I've always used the razor with just two blades, and I loved it. Ahem! I used to love it.
After just one use of the Quattro (four) I am sold!
The four blades obviously work better than the two, don't ask me why or how, but they do. The moisturizing strips on its head make sure the razor slides on your skin without pulling it. And the tilting head follows the curves of your body so shaving is not as awkward as shaving can sometimes be (underarms!). And your skin is soooo smooth after you shave! I seriously suggest you give it a try.
The other product is Dr. Miracle's deep conditioning treatment.
This comes in a once a week, single usage packages with a tingling formula.
What I like about this product is that it's very affordable, at around $1.59 per packet, and there is so much product in each packet, that if you have shortish hair you can probably get two application out of the one packet (I used it all because I love packing on stuff on my hair!)
It should help with hair breakage and slow growth, and you can feel it working on your scalp, which is what products should target, as we have learned in the past.
The funny thing is that as soon as I started putting it on my hair, the smell and consistency reminded me of another product I am currently using, the cellulite buster. They both have a menthol scent and both are a light brown color. Hmm...
So, with the deep conditioning treatment still in my hair, I stepped out of the shower to grab the cellulite cream and stepped back in the shower.
With the critical eye of someone that knows what she is doing, I started scanning both products' ingredients, sure that I was going to find out I have been putting deep conditioning on my thighs, and cellulite cream in my hair...
...and sure enough the two lists had pretty much nothing in common! And that is reason number two why I never became a detective...

omgosh, 4 blades absolutely rock! I know what you mean because I used to only had the 2 blade kind.
Your blog is really great and I love reading all your posts. I was wondering if we could do a link exchange, so please contact me later about that! Well, keep up the fabulous work!
Where do you get the hair treatment?
d'rae, you can find it at beauty stores, and also at Rite Aid, Walgreens and the likes.
I'll have to try the quattro. My hubby has a 5 blade razor - what's good for the goose. . . ;-)
hello lady! glad to see you're taking good care of yourself!
I need to review the tingly hair stuff too, I've been too intimidated to try, I guess it was the tingly part, lol.
Now that you've survived I will try it!
